Hal and Chase are joined on the podcast this week by Dr. Will Wu, PhD. Dr. Wu is a cofounder of the Skilled Coaching Alliance and professor of Motor Learning and Control at California State University Long Beach.

He discusses practice variability, using "scrimmage" to take your practice to the course through a concept called bridging, using the "Goldilocks method" to make a swing change, and how to use swing feels to produce a change in your golf swing.
