Kamilla Seidler var med fiskerne ude og fange alligatorer med lygte og boldtræ, og siden lærte hun dem at skære kødet i portioner og vakuummere, så de kunne sælge det til restauranter og tjene mere, og så var der alt med at lære folk at komme til tiden og så videre. Hun har udrettet noget siden hun besluttede at tage til La Paz og åbne restaurant Gustu, og selv blev hun i 2016 kåret til Latinamerikas bedste kvindelige kok.
