This official hat trick mark of our podcast is a fresh new mix of styles, incorporating classical orchestras (covering video game music, no less), sprinklings of salsa and latino flavor, electro-pop, underground livehouse rock (courtesy of some performers from the IRO IRO bi-monthly event in Tokyo--hosted by our good promoter pal Tom Melesky), hip-hop, and remixed dance jams. The closer tune for today's show is from Murkdaddyflex, who's a trained instrumentalist, and a creative crate digger who offered up his tune "Java." Key Kool is the president of Up Above Records, an urban label with a deep roster of MCs, DJs, and producers. Of special note is the crew within them, The Visionaries.
