People buy value; they don’t buy things. Cherie Callahan is a trained esthetician and coach who makes as high as $52,000 a month as an esthetician with a single bed. She explains how she delivers value to her clients and trains others to operate at a higher level by doing the same.

Cherie explains the importance of building relationships to feel connected to clients. She shares how she gave out free samples of products just so that she could build long-lasting relationships with her clients and deliver value.

She explains that understanding the work cut out for us helps us put in the necessary work in terms of marketing, financials, and business choices. She adds that our passion for our work shows through the value and quality we deliver.

Cherie shares how we can strategically talk about our business, even when grocery shopping. “Podcasts and Instagram marketing attract people to want to investigate a potential relationship, but you have to do the work,” Cherie says.

She emphasizes how accountability goes a long way. Knowing where we are at and what we’re aiming for guides us to reach loftier goals.

Cherie Callahan has over 20 years in the beauty industry. She began her career with Victoria Secret Beauty, working with their cosmetic and fragrance lines. After running a successful store, Cherie was promoted to District Manager with 12 stores on the East Coast. Upon returning to California, she was offered the District Manager’s position with PureBeauty located in San Francisco, and later was promoted to the role of Regional Manager over Northern California.

Cherie always longed to serve her clients from the “other side of the table.” Once she raised her family, Cherie went back to school for her esthetics license at the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and has been living her dream ever since! Just one visit with Cherie and you are sure to identify with someone who has found her purpose in helping businesses as well as individuals reach their beauty and business goals.
