Grant Tate is here to share his story of struggles to find himself despite his success in the corporate world. He was conflicted, disillusioned, and alone. Grant searched for meaning while navigating new challenges, cultures, and rapid societal changes across two continents, where he eventually found a new path to transformation. His experiences over these years inspired him to write his first book, "Hand on the Shoulder: Finding Freedom in the Confluence of Love and Career." This is his journey through the joys and absurdities of work life and the struggle to find a balance between personal ambition and the human need for love.
Grant is a servant leader, transformational coach, author, and business consultant who helps people learn how to thrive in our chaotic world. He lives in Charlottesville, VA, with his wife, Ancolien.

Let's enjoy his story.
