Tonight we talk about Kuei Chih-Hung’s chilling, and occasionally sexy, horror classic, Hex. It takes elements of the classic Les Diaboliques and weaves them into something new. Sau Ying murders her abusive and deranged husband with the help of her servant, Yi Wah, only to be plagued by visions of his ghost. But there is much more beneath the surface as truths are slowly revealed.
Kuei Chih-Hung's Hex (1980) stars Tanny Tien, Wang Yong, and Chan Sze-Kai. We experience a little technical difficulty toward the end, for which we apologize.
