This week, we hang out with Eric and Scott from Sage - Band. They are a 3-piece grunge outfit from Cochrane, ON who have just released their first EP "Procrastinate" (buy it here: https://sagerulez.bandcamp.com/releases). Despite this being the band's first release, they have been very active in the regional music scene over the years; performing in different projects. We talk about their history as musicians, what it takes to "make it" (or whatever that even means these days), and get nostalgic about our experiences playing midget hockey in the small town of Cochrane.
