Amire Solomon, born and raised in Long Island, New York is a multi instrumentalist who started performing music on the Caribbean steel pan (drum) at age three. He currently is an entrepreneur with a strong focus on music performance, education, and production. Aside from being known as, and nicknamed, “just the bass player” Amire, he also plays acoustic guitar, piano, drum set, and sings.

Some of his music influences are Steel Pulse, Bob Marley, Notorious B.I.G., Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, The Killers, and Erykah Badu. Notable performances have been the American Museum of Natural History, Charleston Music Hall, and opening for Kimani Marley.
