Faustyne has taught for a decade in diverse areas including languages, dance and cooking. From the Ritz Palace to the prestigious Ducasse School in Paris, Faustyne has taught future professional pastry chefs and now, with the same dedication, she focuses on teaching public classes.
Her love for this cooking specialisation comes from a love of simplicity, precision, control, balance, and visually stunning and delicious outcomes. She sees her purpose in life as opening people’s minds to the exciting opportunities that plant-based cooking provides.
