In this special compilation episode, we have pulled a few clips from some of our most popular episodes. We’ll hear from Josh Zegen, Michael Shah, and Jarett Fein. Each of these prominent real estate players touch upon their humble beginnings in the industry, what they look for to find success, and how they navigated through market downswings.

Each of these guests provide insights into different parts of the industry, but share themes of grit and recognizing opportunity where others didn’t. I hope you enjoy this bite-sized teaser and if you want more, you can find the full interviews in the show history.

Josh Zegen is a managing principle and co-founder of Madison Realty Capital, where he has closed an excess of $10 billion worth of real estate lending transactions. Michael Shah is a managing partner and founder of Delshah Capital, a NYC-based PE and asset management firm with close to $1 billion of assets under management. Jarett Fein is the co-CEO of Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, one of the largest full-service title insurance agencies in the country that handles over 1,000 transactions per month.
