On this quick episode of Behind the Bricks myself, Joe Koicim, Shaun Riney, and Seth Glasser share our third update in our series of conversations on the impact of the Coronavirus on the New York City multifamily market.

You will hear about the types of buyers coming into the market, the areas with the highest deal velocity, and the challenges and opportunities emerging closing deals. Since March 15th our team has closed 21 deals, signed 26 contracts, and have another dozen contracts out. Taking advantage of these opportunities requires insight and a bit of patience today.

Also, we touch on the revitalization of NYC that will come post pandemic...so let’s go Behind the Bricks, with Joe, Shuan, and Seth.
