Donatien Couka shares his experience and challenges in his career, starting in France, New Zealand. Getting an offer for an exciting project about online system of taxes in Indonesia, made him decide to work for OnlinePajak and move to Jakarta. Now, as a tech lead based in Singapore, he makes sure that all members get pure training, master TDD exercise, learn new tools and don't have communication problems with other teams in Jakarta.
