Over the past nine years, Inverroy has evolved from a team of two to a robust organisation of 20 professionals, cementing its position as a leading specialist in organisational resilience.

Since February, Inverroy has welcomed the following new team members:

Sarah Batts, Crisis & Continuity Consultant: Formerly the Security Manager and Crisis Coordinator for the British Embassy in Dubai, Sarah has extensive experience in crisis preparedness and managing emerging threats. She has led comprehensive crisis training and drills for Embassy staff in the UAE.

Stuart Armstrong, Crisis & Continuity Senior Consultant: Stuart returns to Inverroy after previously serving as a Senior Consultant. His background includes roles as a Commanding Officer of HM Submarines and a Maritime Operations Officer with HM Coastguard. Stuart's expertise in hazard identification, risk management and resilience building is invaluable to the team.

James McGinley, Crisis & Continuity Advisor: James recently retired as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer after 24 years in the British Army, where he specialised in training development, management, analysis and sustainment.

Helen McQueen, Assistant Operations Manager: Helen brings a unique blend of accountancy skills and creative flair to Inverroy, alongside running her own successful crafting business. Previously she was Senior Library Assistant at the Army Library Service based in Germany.

Matthew Wardner, Founder and Managing Director of Inverroy, said, "I am extremely proud of the existing team’s efforts to build stronger and more sustainable resilience among our clients. Their dedication has driven substantial growth, enabling us to expand our services and, most importantly, grow our team."

In addition to welcoming new members, Inverroy is also celebrating internal promotions. Lauren Wallis has transitioned from Assistant Operations Manager to Security Consultant within the Security Risk Management team, further strengthening the company’s capabilities.
