Why do Sellers ask you for a LOWER Commission? What Value do you bring to the transaction? If you as an agent do not know the value that you bring to a listing then how do you expect a seller to react? As a real estate agent you need to be able to explain to the sellers the value that you bring....whether it be from your background, education, market knowledge or experience....or even what services you will provide.
