Prior to his corporate roles, Mr. Clark served as Premier of British Columbia, Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations, and Minister of Employment and Investment. Mr. Clark was first elected to the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in 1986 to represent the constituency of Vancouver-East. In the 1991 and 1996 general elections, he was re-elected to represent the constituency of Vancouver-Kingsway. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University, and a master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia.
