Here we look at the next stage, on the emotional wellness map which is surrender or release. Once you lift that burden of emotion that has been holding you down, then you can rest within yourself, and it helps you go onto the next stage, which is stillness number three However, remember this is a process, give yourself time there is no rush, it’s just exploring these held deeper emotions from the past and releasing any current resentment that you may have picked up in your present day. Stage two can be one of the most challenging, can feel tense. But once done, you’ll feel lighter, you’ll feel a great sense of freedom within the body and mind.
