Joe Winters founded Pave the Path on February 23, 2017. It all started in 2010 when Joe Winters Jr. met a man by the name of Bryan Levrets who is a Younglife leader. Younglife is a group of leaders going to where kids are, winning the right to be heard and sharing the gospel. That is exactly what Bryan did from the day that he walked into Joe's life. It was Bryan Levrets who introduced Joe Winters Jr. to life beyond the small community he grew up in with the word of God, club, missionary trips to camp in Colorado and more. Due to Joe losing his mother at a young age, in 2011 when Joe graduated high school because of his living conditions, he didn’t know how he would afford college, living, or transportation to college. In this critical moment of his life Bryan helped him with the steps, discipline, tools, and accountability to enroll in college and obtain a degree. Pave the Path is a group of college students and community leaders who are adamant about being a resource for all kids and their future. Pave the Path was built on the foundation to help kids that come from limited resources excel in their daily lives by discussing important topics as well as being mentors and leaders that walk the walk. https://www.pavethepathforyouth.org Subscribe to my YouTube channel click here: www.youtube.com/BernardBergan If you haven't picked up your copy of my Amazon best-selling book do it now buy it for a Veteran Leader in your community: www.bernardbergan.com/shop/ For booking information visit here: www.bernardbergan.com/hire-me-to-speak/ or contact me Info@BernardBergan.com Be sure to connect with Bernard : twitter.com/BernardBergan www.facebook.com/BernardBerganSpeaks/ instagram.com/bernardbergan www.snapchat.com/add/BernardBergan www.linkedin.com/in/bernardbergan --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/vetleadblog/support
