In the second hour, Bernstein and Laurence Holmes reacted to the Sky selecting South Carolina center Kamilla Cardoso with the No. 3 overall pick and LSU forward Angel Reese with the No. 7 overall pick in the WNBA Draft on Monday. The guys then had their weekly conversation with Cubs outfielder Ian Happ, who discussed how second baseman Nico Hoerner's heads-up baserunning and clutch hit helped the club rally to beat the Diamondbacks, 3-2, in 11 innings on Monday. Later, during the High Noon segment, Bernstein and Holmes listened and reacted to Cubs television play-by-play announcer Boog Sciambi attempt to discuss MLB's uniform fiasco with analyst Jim Deshaies, who wanted nothing to do with the conversation.
