Heather spent 25+ years in healthcare from being an EMT, to Chief, to Paramedic and was an ICU nurse for 16 years until she had to quit due to long haulers symptoms from Covid-19. She now provides critical care for Soul. She is a Master Transformation Coach, Spiritual Strategist and Intuitive Energy Healer. She is also a Meditation instructor, educator, author and speaker. Her experiences with addiction, domestic violence and nearly ending her own life, has give her a deep insight into what causes human suffering and how to truly awaken the soul.
