Starting off 2021 with a new episode full of hope and inspiration! I was joined by Max aka Cook Strummer while we met with distance a couple weeks back. Max brings everything together when you think of a mastermind: he plays many instruments, is a talented sound engineer and producer, his voice is unique, his lyrics are touching. His releases are published by very grounded Berlin labels such as Katermukke, GetPhysical, and Criminal Bassline, and that is not all.
We speak about his early beginnings in darker times in his life, and his move from Brussels to Berlin. Tune in for some positive vibes during, and also just because of the pandemic. He explains how he learned to accept himself, for instance by giving to other people. He talks about the “path of the soul” and we take a deep dive into what it takes to have a happy life. Enjoy!
