Rob Break had a successful real estate career in Peterborough when he moved his young family to Costa Rica.
Since then, Rob has learned much about the country and continues to work in real estate as an agent with KRAIN Luxury Real Estate.
He has also helped facilitate purchases for Canadians wanting to invest in Costa Rica.
In this episode, Rob discusses the process of buying from outside of the country, the differences in how properties are purchased and the opportunities available for investors who want to include spending time in Central America as part of their lifestyle design.
