In this episode, I chat with Jonathan Preskow, founder of JP Fine Foods about how the right caterer can work with you to create an unforgettable experience. Throughout his education, he excelled in the creative arts, which led to an Industrial Design diploma from the Ontario College of Arts and Design in 2004. In his final thesis year at OCAD, while working on a design concept for a kitchen appliance, he realized his real passion was food and cooking. Jonathan enrolled into the Chef Certificate diploma at George Brown College in Toronto, graduating with honours in 2005. There, he learned to appreciate the art of provincial French cuisine which greatly influenced his signature style of cooking. In 2006, Jonathan founded what is now JP Fine Foods to bring his exuberant touch to the personal and corporate market.
