Marty Daniel started Daniel Defense 16 years ago after failing out of college twice, selling garage doors and struggling with his golf game. He has built his company into a $73 million business selling rifles and accessories with more than 270 employees. As he moves into his new 300,000 square foot, $29 million facility, he sat down with Ken Baye to reflect the steps he took to get to where he is today and to take a quick glance down the road toward the future.
