In the latest rulings by Judge Frances Gull in the Delphi murders trial of Richard Allen, key decisions were made that impact the admissibility of evidence. Judge Gull denied a defense motion to suppress evidence obtained during a search of Allen’s home, which includes a firearm linked to the crime scene. The defense had argued that the search warrant was obtained improperly, but the judge ruled that the warrant was valid. Additionally, the judge set another hearing for August 23 to address further motions related to the case
