"We are here to serve and I think that comes from both Gary and I, we are servant Leaders" Claude Silver is the Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia, and her mission is to spend time with each and every individual at the company.

With over 800 employees across different locations, VaynerMedia has set the example of an organization everyone wants to work at.

Claude and Gary decided to completely restructure the usual "HR" department and turn it into what it should really be all about: creating an environment where people feel safe, heard and where the leaders lead by example.

If you work at a company, or if you're an entrepreneur looking to create a great environment for your team, listen carefully to this episode!
