This week we answer a listener question about rushing through practice and how to help our children and students slow down a bit and focus more!

We have a great conversation with Laurita Jauregui about her work in Portland, OR with BRAVO, Oregon's only current El Sistema Program. We talk about how the program started and how it is impacting students. We also talk about teaching and Laurita gives us a great final tip that is important for everyone to remember.
