Episode Overview

In this episode, I talk with Aarti Tejuja (she/her) is sacred space holder/facilitator, healer and social activist. Aarti has also been a community organizer, youth mentor and advocate for those impacted by the current punitive justice system.

Aarti currently co-owns Antara with Sojourner Wright. Antara means “the space of the in between” is Sanskrit and its mission is to guide companies and individuals through times of the in between or challenging times of change. Aarti and Sojourner create transformative portals that guide groups of people through journeys of healing, decision making, conflict resolution, rights of passage, uncovering biases and more. These portals are facilitated using embodiment practices, rest practices, healing the inner child through play, transformative justice, emergence, and elemental healing.
