Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? I spend 15 minutes each morning with my Morning Gratitude List. I’m thankful for something in the present, the past and always give thanks for something that hasn’t happened yet. I always read my last 6 entries first and then they never repeat.

Q2. What's your definition of Success? Success is enjoying the process. From the concept to the creation to the implementation.

Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? I choose to be happy because it’s a fun thing to do!

Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? There’s really nothing to truly ever fear. I got through some really scary things and whatever your fears are they aren’t the big boogeyman you think they are.
