Most ministry leaders are familiar with people contacting their church or ministry with a financial need. As followers of Christ, we have compassion for people in need and sincerely want to help, but what do we do when we don’t have unlimited funds, or even if we did, is just handing out money the best way to serve people? Lori explains the role of the care team and how their volunteers sit and listen to people in need, looking at the whole picture of what brought them to this point, and how to get them to a better/more stable place.
