In this episode of Big Dreams Great Teams™, I interview Dr Lutza Ireland (Autistic/ADHD/she/her) a psychologist, multi award winning designer, researcher and international speaker who is passionate about neuro-inclusion.
This episode explores neurodiversity and celebrates the unique strengths of different minds, and shares insights into neuro-inclusion, which involves conscious efforts to include individuals with distinct cognitive profiles like autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, and dyslexia.
The conversation shares practical ways to make your workplace more neuro-inclusive and also covers the increasing awareness of neurodiversity, driven by COVID-19 and the link between entrepreneurship and ADHD. Dr Lutzer discusses how neurodiversity is universally applicable to businesses and can improve the performance of all team members within an organisation through the ‘curb cut’ effect.
