Hurricane Irma has killed at least eight people and injured 23 in the Caribbean as it continues to roar overhead. Antiqua and Barbuda Prime Minister Gaston Brown told an outlet that nearly every building on Barbuda was damaged, and 60% of its population are homeless. Irma also blacked out most of Puerto Rico.
