Co-founded with Russian billionaire Andrey Andreev, Bumble, the dating app, was known for women making the first move. Whitney who owns a 17% stake in Bumble, became the youngest self-made woman billionaire after it went public in February 2021 for ten months.

Prior to Bumble, she was the co-founder of Tinder and was previously its Vice President of Marketing.
