Today we will be recapping the 2-1 series victory out in Anaheim against the Angels. Thanks to some offensive support, finally, the team was able to hit a 3 game win streak and put up over 15 runs the first two games.
While thats all well and good, the pitching experienced a regression that many pf us have been expecting as they had been over-performing for most of the spring months.
We also take a look at the upcoming home stretch against the BoSox, Orioles, & Cubs before hitting the road to visit the Reds & Phillies to round out the month of May. This coming two weeks worth of games will be critical for this team if they wish to stay in the race. It's not going to be easy but this will be a great test to see what these guys are really made of; will they step up like the pros they are or fold under pressure?
