We’re thrilled to discuss the real estate forecast for 2016 today. Although interest rates are increasing, things are looking up. It means the economy is in great shape, especially in the Birmingham area.

We’re experiencing multiple offer situations more often, which means demand is going up. Now is a great time to buy or sell, as we’re now in a balanced market.
