Keith realized that there are a lot of persons that have ‘holes’ in their lives. They wear masks, whether they be addictions, bullying, or other ways of trying to compensate for these ‘holes’ in their lives. Keith loves helping people. Especially, helping them become who they can be. He believes a person will flourish if given the right knowledge and resources. And, this passion continues to grow with time. Keith has significant experience in successful start-ups as well as leadership roles in billion-dollar multi-national organizations.

He believes systems organize and manage the business, people are key to success, and improvement happens through constant consistent effort. Keith and his Pat, have been happily married for over 40 years, have 5 amazing children and 17 incredible grandchildren. He loves his wife, family, God and being outdoors – where you will find him cycling, skiing, hiking and playing games with his grandchildren. Addicted loved ones.
