Could you live the nomadic lifestyle, traveling from country to country, encountering different people, food, languages and cultures? What would you learn? What would you miss? What would be the added challenge if you were African American?

Many people from the U.S. are embarking on this lifestyle. Surprisingly more and more African Americans are living and working abroad. Even some families, husbands and wives and their 2 or 3 kids have sold their homes, packed their bags and ventured out into parts unknown.

In this episode, I had an opportunity to have a conversation with o type of person.

Last summer, I spoke with Erick Prince, Minority Nomad. Erick was is a former veteran, that made the conscious decision to remain in the world. He plans to become the first African American to travel to 100 countries.

We had a great conversation about his experiences and what other African Americans can expect as they embark on world travel. We talked about race, racism and ways to fund and sustain this lifestyle and some of the sacrifices you may have to make going solo.

However, if you are a retiree or receiving income or revenue on a consistent basis, he shared places to live very well.

This was a fun discussion and hopefully I can have Erick back to continue. If you want to follow Erick's travel, he can been reached on Instagram MinorityNomad
