This week on the BMWAG show at the time of this recording the Carolinas were recovering from Hurricane Florence. This natural disaster reiterates what I was saying in our 9/11 episode about preparation.
How many of you have had some medical training in addition to your hard and soft fighting skills?
Do you know the training is relatively cheap and you may use it more than your self defense stuff?
Can you save a life if you had to?
This week I want to ask you to search for someone to give you some medical first responder or crisis related training.
