Derrick is a Nashville, Tennessee born, Durham, North Carolina raised visual artist passionate about his artistic capabilities and inner-work so he can take action in making this world a better place. His desire to better his community led him take on the responsibility of answering three persisting questions which are: What would make this world better?”, “How can I work to create it today?” and “what do I need to heal in myself to create it”.
