Do you belittle yourself, put yourself down, and criticize everything you do? In this episode we’re delving into those moments of life where we can’t seem to resist self deprecation. It's easy to fall into this trap when you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stressed. Therefore, it is crucial to be mindful of the language we use when talking about ourselves and differentiate between self-criticism and self-deprecation.

By practicing self-criticism and focusing on areas for improvement in a constructive manner, we can improve our mental well-being and reach our full potential.
