Amplifying Black Women's Voices: A Revolution of Ideas with E.r. Spaulding is a thought-provoking podcast exploring the systematic silencing of Black women throughout history. In this series, Spaulding challenges the ingrained bias, systemic oppression and lack of representation that Black women continue to face in many sectors, even within Black organizations. This podcast embarks on a journey to revolutionize the way we see leadership and power, with a call to action for better representation of Black women's voices. Listen as we amplify Black women's voices to foster empowerment, progress, and ultimately positive change. This podcast will also feature inspiring stories of Black women who are already changing the world, often from the sidelines, and how their imprint would be much more powerful if they were given the necessary platforms, tools, and respect.
