Rachel Barber was just 15 years old when she was murdered by 19 Caroline Reed Robertson in 1999. Rachel was a talented dance student at the Dance Factory in Victoria, Australia and was destined for greatness. Her life was cut entirely too sort by someone who was mentally unstable, but also envious by every definition of the word.
