In this episode, Q and Jerry engage in a conversation with Jace about what it takes to become a pilot: the demeanor it requires, the patience it requires, as well as the discipline it takes to stay committed to the process.
At 23 years old, Jace serves as a model of hard work and excellence. From being a state champion and all-state athlete in high school, Jace has been able to successfully navigate the realms of being a NARP and excelling in his post-grad endeavors.
In life, there are so many ups and downs-- however the important aspect of that is managing the emotions that come, and understanding that you have conscious control over your behaviors.
One of the biggest take aways from this episode is working hard, yes, however never taking life too seriously. Jace lives according to being a good person and venturing out to disciplines that impact peoples lives.
Through association, mentorship, and a unique perspective on life, Jace has been able to impact his own life and that of so many others. This episode is a BANGER for ANYONE pursuing a professional endeavor.
