As you know, I am a European living in Austin with my Texan man. I often get asked about the "cultural shocks'' of living in the US and, because it's such a fun conversation, I have recorded an entire episode on this. Born and raised in Lithuania, I have traveled to and lived in more countries than I can count from the age of 16. I have lived in so many places, including Scotland, Thailand, France, the Arctic, Malta, Spain, Bali etc. Now, after all these years of adventures, I’m sharing with you how I found my home in Austin.

Back then, with my loyal Latina heart, I had never even thought of going to North America. And yet, there's nowhere else I would want to be – Austin is my home.
