It’s valentine’s day today and even though it’s mostly a capitalistic ploy to get you to buy gifts for your loved ones. I do hope that you feel loved today, but we won’t be talking about that. Today’s topic is Optimizing rest, which you could call a form of self love. This is part one in a series of episodes on resting and recovery.
