Today is episode 63! In this episode I cover how to match the prints and patterns you wear with the natural rhythm and movement you have. The best way I've heard it explained is through the analogy of an orchestra:
The first type of movement is light, melodic, and fresh like the woodwinds section-flutes and piccolo's.
The second type of movement is connected, deeply thought provoking and emotive, and gentle like the strings section-violins and cello's.
The third type of movement is loud, confident, powerful, and swift like the brass section- trumpets and tubas.
The fourth type of movement is a straight line. Point a to point b. Reflective and to the point. Steady like the percussion session that keeps the beat and keeps the orchestra on track from beginning to end- the drums.
Which movement "sounds like" you?
