In today’s episode we have the pleasure to interview Rebecca Reynolds author of “Thresholds of Change: The Way through Transformational Times”

Rebecca is an author and agent of change who started writing at age of 9 to explore and make meaning of the experiences life brought, she is also a consultant under her own company Rebecca Reynolds Consulting which she started at the young age of 29. Over her three-decade career working with change Rebecca discovered a new way to approach change - in organizations, multi-entity endeavors, teams, and individuals which her and Nick will dive into today!

Rebecca’s life is a testimony to how to handle change with grace, from switching schools constantly growing up to working in the Vatican archives and becoming fluent in Italian and everything else a life of change includes.

In this episode, you’ll about the importance of embracing change in your life, the process of change and what it has to do with just sitting and noticing, what manifestation has to do with change, why getting out of self-judgment is one of the most important steps in changing, how like the seasons you too can change effortlessly. Change can be so overwhelming, but it’s arguably all life is about and by the end of this episode you’ll understand how you can embrace and love change.

We hope enjoy this incredible conversation with Rebecca Reynolds
