We talked about the Knicks giving Tom Thibodeau a 3 year extension. We then took some of those calls that Stugotz wanted and the first guy did the ‘if George were alive’ bit. And this is why we don’t take a lot of calls. Gio compares the Yankees to a restaurant that is getting by on reputation alone even though it’s not as good as it was. We talked about the state of radio in a world where you can get music in different places. Gio can’t believe how much talk there is about the NBA on TNT pregame show going away after next year. Gio said great shows end all the time, but this one is being covered like it’s the greatest show of all time ending. C-Lo returns for an update and starts with the Mets beating the Yankees again behind 5 home runs. Aaron Judge talked about the upcoming trade deadline. Aaron Rodgers talked about always wanting to travel to Egypt. Rodgers said the Super Bowl has to be the goal and he believes the Jets are one of those teams. Daniel Jones talked about the Giants looking to draft a QB. In the final segment of the hour, we talked about whether we are golfing today or not (that’s correct, that was the segment).
