Founded by owner Jess Shoemaker in 2015, Beaver Bagel began having success at the local farmers market. Shortly after, in the spring of 2016, Beaver Bagel found its permanent home with a store in Bridgewater. Since then they have built a loyal and continuously growing customer base. In spring of 2023, Jess and co-owner Annie Leonard decided to open a new business "The Market on Bridge Street". The Market has a variety of home made grab-and-go options along with local food items. We are excited for the opportunity to interview these great people and wish them ongoing success.
