Would a professional robbery crew rent a getaway vehicle in their own name? Would it be difficult to get rid of another vehicle, that contained a mask and deposit slips? Probably not but, that is what this crew did, it appeared that booze and cocaine had gotten the best of the "Boston Bandits". The code of silence was broken, if it ever really existed. Brother would soon testify against brother. The murderous Hudson N.H. robbery would imprison the crew, but it was not the last robbery, nor the last shootout. The FBI would use a novel prosecution strategy for this group. The feds used the RICO statute to bring this crew to justice. Most of the crew received life sentences. The least of the sentences was more than thirty years in federal prison. Was it all worth it, to die in the joint...broke?
