Hey, Beloved! Whether knowingly or unknowingly is your childhood trauma bullying you? Do you find yourself making poor decisions and thinking to yourself, ‘Now why did I just do that, I knew better’. Whether it’s impulsively purchasing those pairs of shoes knowing it was way out of budget – or finding yourself in the same
depleting relationship knowing you were meant to leave months ago.

In this episode, we’ll 1) expound on the differences between Big T trauma and Little t trauma, or what I like to call relatable trauma, 2) address how sneakily relatable trauma finds its way into our lives, and 3) most importantly, implementing new ways to form healthy habits. So, tune in, take note, and get ready! But as a trigger
warning: as we discuss trauma in this episode, we will briefly address different aspects of abuse.
